Open the app and partner portal

As a merchant, open Share Master under Apps in Shopify Admin. As a partner, use the portal URL supplied by the merchant. The merchant manages program terms, approvals and payouts.

Email not received

Check your spam folder and registered address. The app uses a configured platform sender or the merchant's own SMTP or Resend provider. Without valid configuration, messages are not sent and remain queued. Ask the merchant to check configuration and delivery status.

Commissions, royalties and payouts

Commissions and product royalties are recorded separately. Hold periods, minimum amounts, refunds and merchant approval can affect availability. Contact the merchant first about a specific settlement.

The app prepares bank payouts as CSV files. The merchant makes the transfer and then confirms it with a bank reference. A CSV export is neither a transfer nor an invoice.

Optional self-billing requires recorded agreements and reviewed tax details. Generated HTML documents do not replace tax or legal review of your circumstances. An open self-billing objection must be resolved before further payouts.

Privacy and uninstalling

For access, correction or deletion of shop and partner data, contact the merchant or our contact address. Identify the shop; we verify authorization before disclosing data. Uninstalling ends app access but does not immediately delete all settlement records.
